Planning for the first Quander Family Reunion began in 1925 after the funeral of James A. Quander. The first family reunion was held on August 15, 1926 and the motto was "Stick Together". Quander Family Reunions have been held annually ever since.
The 99th Reunion was held August 9-11, 2024 in Washington, DC and Maryland. The cookout and meeting took place on Saturday, August 10th at Watkins Regional Park, 301 Watkins Park Dr., Upper Marlboro, MD.
The 98th Reunion was held August 4-6, 2023 in Philadelphia, PA. The cookout and meeting took place on Saturday, August 5th at West Fairmount Park, 4160 Horticultural Dr, Philadelphia, PA.
The 97th Reunion was held on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at Lake Accotink Park, Springfield, VA.
